Hi,
I am facing a problem while getting a message from backend application which is on mainframe. Backend is sending out message in copybook format and the sender channel definition has CONVERT(NO). While getting the message, I am getting it as a bit stream. All the PIC X and PIC 9 fields are get correctly but I am getting the COMP-3 fields as junk characters.
Is there any solution (apart from using WMQI flows) to get the COMP-3 fields correctly ?
Any help will appreciated.

I think COMP-3 fields are only supported in the CWF physical format. So if you use CWF to model your data, then you should be okay.
But I don't understand what you mean by

How are you verifying your data? Are you looking for data on the queue using MQ explorer? If so, you cannot see binary data (CONP-3) using that tool.
What exactly is your requirement?
