You are right. I didn't think that it would be needed myself, however once I clicked on the CSD07 link it brought me to another page where all the readme's and stuff is located. I then clicked on the appropriate link for the AIX operating system however what I see next is a IBM user id logon page.
I know in the past I have not needed to do this, however I thought perhaps this might be something new??
I mean, unless I am completely missing something here....

It is something new and as far as I know you will need an Id to the CSDS.
If you have a valid suppot contract number, you can create your own ID. _________________ Jeff

I do not believe you need a contract number to obtain an id for CSDs. Just click on the link to register an id.
