The CSD is available for server and client in the same package.

From the readme of CSD

Quote:

This fix pack can be used to update the WebSphere MQ for Windows
V5.3 client if you installed the client in one of the following
ways:

a) From the WebSphere MQ for Windows V5.3 server product
CD-ROM at the same time as you installed the server.
b) From the WebSphere MQ for Windows V5.3 server product
CD-ROM without installing the server.
c) From the WebSphere MQ V5.3 client CD-ROM
d) By downloading the SupportPac MACV from the web and
installing it.
