I have update WBI 5.0 with Fix Pack 3. Nevertheless, I am still having message going to the DEAD LETTER queue with Reason 65536. The Fix pack states that this problem was resolved. Any ideas.

That reason code is "Application Defined". It's the one that WBI uses when it put the message to the DLQ.

Take a look at the WBI log to see why the message was put there.

I think your UOW was backed out and there was no backout queue defiend for your input queue.
