Hello,
We are planning to install IBM TIVOLI Directory Server 5.2 and want to maintain all of our staff information in there. I know this is a huge step we are planning on. I would like to get some of your ideas and expertise from you.

I have gone thru the samples in Workflow Administration Guide. I have successfully ran those examples. Now I have an idea on how the LDAP bridge works and how to run the bridge to synchronoize LDAP Database and Workflow Database.

I know, the very first time we could add user's data from Workflow database to LDAP Database by running the LDAP Bridge, create an LDIF file, and then import into LDAP Database.

1) I would like to know, Later down the road how could we add new users to LDAP Database. I mean what are the best ways to add the new users to LDAP directory.
2) I did some research on LDAP and find out that there are two ways to add new user's to LDAP.
1st way: By importing an LDIF file (Which contains user's data).
2nd way: Thru a Web Administration Tool GUI
I would like to know from those who are already using these type of staff tools, what method are you guys following, what do you suggest on these methods, or are there any other methods to add .......etc.

I know I am asking too much here , but Please have some patience.

Thanks in Advance.

How is this even related to MQ Workflow? You will have better luck asking this question on an LDAP related forum or IBM Directory Server Forum.

Sounds like you are implementing IBM Directory Server to maintain WF users which for me doesnot sound right, but I might me wrong.

Ratan,
Thanks for responding. I have already post this Question in LDAP forums. I post it here to get the ideas from you guys if someone have experience with both the LDAP and Workflow.

I totally agree with you.

Coming to MQ Workflow functionality of maintaining users, I think its not much flexible (like the way we add users, reset passwords in Workflow). What do you think/comment on this? Thats why we are preferring to have some kind of staff administration tool.

Thanks
