Hi,

My requirement is to change the value of MessageExitName and Data based on the Receiver channel exit information.

If in the receiver channel there is a MessageExitName, I would like to overwrite in the Auto Defn Exit with a DiffName in MessageExitPtr field. For this I need to manipulate MsgExitPtr and MsgUsrDataPtr.

But, if in the receiver channel there is no MessageExitName, I would like the Auto Defn Exit not to pass on any value in MsgExitPtr and MsgUsrDataPtr.

How do I go about doing this?

Initially, when I try to retrieve the value of MsgExitPtr, va;ue is null. What will be the comparison that I need to do, to validate the If and else condition as mentioned above.

How do I check if there is already a value in the Reciever channel or not.

Can anyone help me with this?

Regards,
~MB
