Hi All!

We have found that the Workflow service is stopped, but i do not know why.
What could be the reason? (I see that there is a problem with the database connection, perhaps the CleanUp server does not work correctly?)

The severe error SQLCODE -30081 (SQLSTATE 08001) can occur for a variety of reasons. Check the SQLCA, which will indicate which partition failed. Then check the administration notification log file for details.

Check db2nodes.cfg files. May be your db2 DBA might know all these details.

I recently saw a very similar problem on a 3 tier install. A restart of DB2 on the DB2 box solved it.

Interface error FMC00001E : This error could be anything. There is no one defined root cause for this error

How many work items have you processed in your system total? There was some bug I remember seeing with 3.3.2 where if some history table reached 120,000 rows Workflow would freeze.
