Today we had some issues with our production server running win2000, with MQ 5.3 with the messages, had to delete temp queue and restart Mq server to make it work, is there any log that i can check what caused the problem???

You can also check the amqerr*.log files in the errors subdirectories. You can also check for any *.FDC files.
