I just installed MQ5.3 in windows 2000 server and trying to install CSD07, but comming up with error IBM websphere MQ files are in use. Stop and retry activity. Error AMQ4757. Retried many times and even tried restarting the server but no luck. Please help me out.

Make sure the services icon in the task bar tray is closed.

I've also seen the 'Windows Management Instrumentation' service grab some of the MQ DLLs.

thanks a lot man, i stopped the windows management instrumentation and able to install the update fine. You are a life saviour.
