Folks,
I am trying to put message in Queue. The MQ in installed separate box.
When I try to put the message, I get following error:
'MQJE016: MQ queue manager closed channel immediately during connect
Closure reason = 2009
MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2009'
Can somebody tell me where am I going wrong??
Your help is very much appreciated.

| What versions of WMQ are you running on both your client and your server? I've seen 2009 problems with the java/jms when running different versions of the software on the two boxes. |

Check as well for the svrconn chl you are using.
I have hit this with mcausr(nobody) in the svrconn.
(crazy security lockdown).
Had to manually change it.
As it was in the default, any new chl created was unusable until I removed the mcausr.
