How do you know MQSeries is running on this box?
Do you think MQ is very old (like 5.1 or older), because mqver is introduced in 5.2
Or maybe embedded MQ is installed (I am not sure about this because I have never worked where there is only embedded MQ is installed)
There should be a memo.ptf file which can tell you what MQ version it is. |

Sounds like the MQVER program is either not in your path or not on your system. Do a search for mqver.exe on your system and run it from there. It should be in the bin directory under MQSeries, and that directory should also be in path. |

I thought that mqver was added after MQ 5.1. If you are running 5.1 (which isn't supported), I'd suggest that you move forward to WMQ 5.3 (which is supported). |
