hi all,
i have an mqseries server installed in one machine in an WindowsNT and mqseries client in windows 98. when i am sending and receiving messages in the server machine itself itworks well. But when i try to put a message from the client machine through amqsputc command i am getting the error like MQCONN ended with error code 2058. i had checked the error definition and i have given the quemanager and quename correctly.
please anyone can of u give me a idea of solving the problem

I think that you don't have the MQSERVER environment variable defined to point to the MQSeries queue manager SVRCONN channel ...

eg.

SET MQSERVER=<channel>/TCP/<hostname>:<port>

Or you haven't defined a client side channel table.
