How I incapacitate the OAM in MQ 5.2.1 for W2K? In the previous versions it gave pra to incapacitate in archive MQS.INI. I know that in the MQ the 521 information of archives INI are in the register, but which key of the register I must remove or add. It has some referring documentation to this? |

Run REGEDIT and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREIBMMQSeriesCurrentVersionConfigurationQueueManager<Queue Manager Name>Service
remove the AuthorizationServ entry
Restart the queue manager and OAM should be disabled. |

It is possible to restart, but if you make/create queues or channels with the
OAM disabled and renable oam it will generate error for those objecs, which
you will have to delete and then recreate.
