2) What's the latest Service Pack available for above platforms?

The latest version of Websphere MQ is Version 5.3
Latest Service Pack (Distributed) is CSD07

Tallison, Please correct me if I am wrong,
WebSphere MQ 5.3.1 is the latest version of MQ on Z/OS, but on Distributed WebSphere MQ 5.3 is the latest, right?

Yes, you are correct.
Distributed 5.3 and z/OS, OS390 is 5.3.1
