I congifure qm1,qm2,am3 and qm4 on different windows machines with the same cluster group.I created the cluster queues on qm3 and qm4.I can see these queues on qm1 and qm2.On qm2 if i right click on the queue in mqexplorer i was able to put some test messages but on qm1 when i right click on mqexplorer for any cluster queue i am not seeing any thing except refresh and help.On qm2 i can see putmessage, properties, help.refresh like tht.How can we make this right.
Thanks in advance |

You can't use MQExplorer to put messages to remote queues or cluster queues.
That doesn't mean anything is wrong with your setup. It's a limitation in MQExplorer.
Try putting a message using amqsput. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

I want to make it clear.
I have created some local queue of type cluster for a queue manager which belong to a cluster group,on another machine we can see the queue as cluster for the local queuemanger of this machine which is in the same cluster group. When I go to MQExplorer I can see the queue as a cluster queue but I beleive when we right click on the queue we may see the options like "put meesage" "all tasks>putmessage" "refresh" "properties" and "help".
But I am unable to see them.I cam just see "refresh" and "help".Is there any solution to see all those properties for the queue.
Thanks in advance. |

It doesn't mean anything is wrong with your setup.
It just means that MQExplorer doesn't let you do what you're trying to do, with cluster definitions of queues. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

just use some Put application to put messages to the cluster queues. If it works, your setup i good. _________________ -Ratan |
