Can you create a business measure at a NOOP activity? The answer is yes but is Monitor going to be able to trap it? Since no operations happen at an NOOP.
I have noticed in my Monitor that the BM is always blank.

I am trying to grab a container value after starting a NOOP activity.

I don't really know much about Business Measures, but Monitor gets its info from the audit trail, and there are definitely records cut for a Noop activity.
