When i try to start the broker i see the following messages in the syslog
any body have idea whats the problem is.....

Hmmm. 1208 is unicode. Perhaps this is worth a peek:

Hi Eddie,
Thanks for the reply.But we are using oracle as our broker database.is there any where discussed about oracle database.
