Hi,
for command,
mqsicreatebroker WBRK_BROKER -i wbrkuid -a wbrkpw
-q WBRK_QM -n WBRKBKDB -u dbuid -p dbpw
Is that WBRKBKDB be the entry in .odbc.ini?
or should it be for schema in Oracle.
for dbuid, should it be the database owner?

You need to make an entry into .odbc.ini file for Broker database. Also, you need to do appropriate configurations to define ODBC connection to Oracle DB.
dbuid, need not be the DB owner. It should have access to create/delete/update objects in that db.
