Hi,

I am using MQseries 5.2 on AIX , We are planning to Migrate to newer version 5.3 . Please let me know what impact will be on the current setup while upgrading. I want to know the following points before upgrading .

1. Any risk can be identified before Migration process
2. How to identify impact Analysis while upgrading to new version
3. When we procure a upgrade version does IBM will provide support for upgrade?
4. What are the precuation to be taken before upgrading ?
5. We hv integreted MQ with Siebel , Any idea what are the steps to be followed for integrating with Siebel ?

An early response is greatly appreciated.

Its downloadable PDF from the IBM web site.
