Hi All

We are facing an issue in a message flow. The Input message goes to the Backout queue without any reason or exception thrown. We have got two subflows used in the main flow - one for routing the message and the other for handlng the exception.

After enabling the trace for the message flow, we foud out that message reaches the subflow meant for routing and from there the message goes directly to the back out queue. The failure terminal of the subflow is connected to the exception handling flow, but this flow doesn't get invoked. And also the trace file doesn't contain any error message.

The pain part is that this issue doesn;t occur consistently. With the same message the flow works fine and at times we come across this problem.

Will appreciate if any one could let me know what will be the possible easons for this? We are puzzled by the way broker is behaving.

If only we could know why the message is backing out, we could solve this issue..

please let me know if by some means we could figure this out.

thanks

Disconnect the failure terminal of your subflow.

See if the message backs out.

If it does, look at your system logs.
