Here you go ..
Save this file as MQDisable
Code: |
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE MessageProcessingNodeType SYSTEM "mqsi.dtd" >
<MessageProcessingNodeType icon="images/MQDisable.gif" package="com.kolban.wmqi" creator="" version="" useDefaults="true" collectionPath="" scaleableIcon="" versionTimestamp="" isPrimitive="true" longDescription="" versionCreator="" creationTimestamp="" shortDescription="" xmi.uuid="MQDisable" xmi.id="MQDisable" xmi.label="MQDisable">
<Attribute value="" xmi.uuid="" encoded="true" xmi.label="queueName" attributeOwner="" type="String" valueMandatory="false"/>
<Attribute value="true" xmi.uuid="" encoded="true" xmi.label="queueDisable" attributeOwner="" type="Boolean" valueMandatory="false"/>
<OutTerminal icon="images/OutTerminal.gif" creator="" orientation="9" versionTimestamp="" longDescription="" y="" x="" versionCreator="" creationTimestamp="" shortDescription="" xmi.label="out" xmi.uuid="">
<OutTerminalTypeRef icon="images/OutTerminal.gif" xml:link="simple" xmi.label="OutTerminalType" type="OutTerminalType" refType="OutTerminalType" href="OutTerminalType/OutTerminalType" title="OutTerminal"/>
</OutTerminal>
<OutTerminal icon="images/OutTerminal.gif" creator="" orientation="9" versionTimestamp="" longDescription="" y="" x="" versionCreator="" creationTimestamp="" shortDescription="" xmi.label="failure" xmi.uuid="">
<OutTerminalTypeRef icon="images/OutTerminal.gif" xml:link="simple" xmi.label="OutTerminalType" type="OutTerminalType" refType="OutTerminalType" href="OutTerminalType/OutTerminalType" title="OutTerminal"/>
</OutTerminal>
<InTerminal icon="images/InTerminal.gif" creator="" orientation="9" versionTimestamp="" longDescription="" y="" x="" versionCreator="" creationTimestamp="" shortDescription="" xmi.label="in" xmi.uuid="">
<InTerminalTypeRef icon="images/InTerminal.gif" xml:link="simple" xmi.label="InTerminalType" type="InTerminalType" refType="InTerminalType" href="InTerminalType/InTerminalType" title="InTerminal"/>
</InTerminal>
</MessageProcessingNodeType>
|
and this file as MQDisable.wdp
Code: |
<?xml version="1.0"?><properties xmlns:D="DAV:"><D:creationdate>2002-06-26T14:37:24-07:00</D:creationdate><D:displayname>repository\private\MessageProcessingNodeType\MQDisable</D:displayname><D:xmi.label>MQDisable</D:xmi.label><D:icon>images/MQDisable.gif</D:icon><D:versionStatus>new</D:versionStatus><D:lockdiscovery xmlns:D="DAV:"/></properties>
|

Kirani,
You have sent me two files and i am still having problems :
1)My understanding is that I import the MQDisable.xml .Im currently getting an error BIP0636E ,The file does not conform with a format of a exported file.
According to the Installation document i have to import this file.
2)
The MQDisable.wpd ,what do i do with this file? Nothing is mentioned of this file.Where do install it? |

What version of WMQI are you using? 2.1 or 5.0?
The files I posted above were for WMQI 2.1. You need to copy these files in <wmqi_home>\Tool\repository\private\<hostname>\<qmgr>\MessageProcessingNodeType
directory.
Now goto your Control Center application and then seledt "Add to workspace". Select the MQDisable plug-in from the list and then select check-in the node.
For more information on adding/installing the plug-in node you can refer to WMQI manuals. _________________ Kiran

Kirani,
Thanks.I am running WMQI v 2.1
I have managed to make the MQDisable work where the broker and the configuration Manager are running on WIN2K.
I am now having problems where the broker is running on Unix (Solaris).
I'm not sure if my installation is okay .which are the files that are
supposed to run on Unix broker?
The unix broker only has the mqdisable.jar file in the
directory /opt/mqsi/jplugin.
I get the following error when delpoying the flows:
'SRS' received an invalid configuration message. See the following messages
for details of the error. :

Did you restart the broker after you copied the jar file into jplugin directory? I don't know if this node is supported on UNIX platform or not. Also, make sure your classpath is set correctly as this node uses some of the MQ classes. _________________ Kiran

I have restarted the broker but am still having this problem.
How do I set up my MQ Class? What do you mean?
I have also installed plugins before on the Unix environment e.g. MQGet and it works well. Unfortunately the PDF Document on the MQDisable does not say specify the environments that this node can run on. |

Thanks,
That allowed me to find the problem (a .project file was left out). However the bar files that are built with mqsicreatebar can't have their properties altered from the bar file editor afterwards. So I really need to pull them into the toolkit first to verify the properties before I build
Just can't seem to get the cake and eating together |

Hi Wendy,
You need to include com.ibm.mq.jar file in your CLASSPATH. _________________ Kiran
