While Installing WBI Monitor 4.2.4, I am geting the following error
" Failed to read Monitor Schema Version"
This is complete error..
C:\Program Files\WebSphere\AppServer\java\bin>java.exe -jar C:\unzipped\C52KPNA\
WBIMonitor424.jar
Failed to read Monitor Schema Version
Editing ejb-jar.xml in monitorserver.jar...
Adding env-entries in ejb-jar.xml for the system properties specified...

Is your operating system Win XP ? Pl post your setup configuration.

The "Failed to read Monitor Schema Version," message is NOT an error, it is a WARNING. Essentially if you haven't installed v423 before you install v424(Migrating from the previous release), that's the error(warning) that you get. In otherwords if you install v424 from scratch this is something that you run into, however you can ignore it. It will still continue to deploy successfully.
It would have nice for the people writing the monitor product, to have put in a SYSOUT or two indicating that this is a warning, as otherwise everyone thinks it's an error.
PS: Be sure not to have any spaces in your WAS_HOME environment variable eg. (It is a known issue that spaces will cause the automatic deployment to fail)
