In my Production environment we are trying to figure out which monitoring tool we need from the workflow side,we already had BMC Patrol on the productions boxes which is used for different services.Can I still use that for monitoring the workflow as well? |

You should be monitoring main processes of workflow |

Sorry,I didn't get you.What do you mean by MAIN Processes of workflow?
Can you tell me what all we monitor on a workflow side?

Is there any easy way to handle hung processes.
If we use BMC patrol to look for process, it returns true even if the process is hung.
