Please post some pointers where i can find information for SAP IDoc to XML conversion and XML to SAP IDoc..

This maybe a bit offtopic - If you are using Websphere business integration Adapter framework to communicate with MQ - then that actually converts IDOCs into XML when it puts it onto the queue.
