I have an MRM configured to pick up CWF messages.
However just before the last elements I always get
IbmRecoverableException caught from worker->parseNext

All messages are of fixed lenght. Can anyone help me

Can you explain more about your problem.if its a recoverable exception,you can place a trycatch node and catch the exception and know the details of the failure.
