I have been using MQSeries for a while as application programmer
I am starting to think of doing some certification and I appreciate if you can please let me know the following.

So please let me know out of your experience,
1. What are the fundamental documents/redbooks I need to begin with.
2. What is the first level of certification
4. Any resources,tips,links that you found useful for certification
will be very helpful
