Once we develop the rules and formats using NEON formatter & rules, I would like to execute these in WMQI 2.1. Other than using a message flow. Is there a way where I can use these formats & rules with out a message flows.

no, there is no way to run the NEON nodes standalone.
You need at least and input node, NEON node, output node.
you can still use PUT in a rule, but I think it still goes to the out terminal.

may I ask why???
