BIP0914E Message Brokers Toolkit is unable to communicate with the configuration manager

Reason: MQSeries Queue Manager <<NAME>> is not running and / or listener on port 1414 is not started.
start MQSeries queue manager <<NAME>> if necessary and / or the listner is running.
then try operation.

Details:

cannot connect to MQ queue Mananger <<NAME>> (reason code=2059)

Please post a pointer to find more info. abt error codes like BIP0914E
