Just like for a normal MQ client.

SET MQSERVER=ChannelName/TransportType/ConnectionName(PortNumber)

Thanx Mike,
I was trying to connect through Rfhutilc.exe while i specified MQSERVER as default server connection channel.it is working fine with server version Rfhutil.exe
