Hi,
I am looking for program/utility which creates the FDL from text file or XLS.
I looked in to WO02, not much useful for me 
I guess, every WF project will have this requirement. If somebody willing to share thier code, I will be greatful.

Hi!
If you know the new IBM BPM product - WBI Workbench Modeler (formerly Holosofx) - In Modeler you can import tab delimited or CSV data into your repository (that consists also of process, staff and other workflow related data) and export created processes to FDLs, using Integration Editing Mode.
