Hi All,

Is there a way in which I can assign a user the rights to:
- Create message flows and sets --> mqbrdevt group
- Ability to assign message flows and sets --> mqbrasgn group
- Ability to deploy both the execution group and broker --> mqbrops group.

AND
- The ability to view the Operations tab, i.e the ability to see whats running and be able to stop or start message flows.

Basically, I need to have a user who belongs to both mqbrdevt and mqbrasgn groups and who can also view the deployed systems including message flows and sets, logs for reports on the deployment, be able to deploy and stop/start message flows. The user should not be able to create/delete the broker (i.e. belonging to mqbrops with limited rights).

Ta,
Moepi

You're either a member of mqbrops or not. There is no "intermediate" value.

Moepi,

For creating/deleting a broker on Windows the user must be a member of Administrators, for Unix the user must be a member of mqbrkrs.
See the Administration guide.
