Hi,

We have MQ,MQLink for R/3 for sending IDOCS to a SAP client. We have one more SAP client now.We have to set up another inbound server for the new SAP client. My question is do we have to create another INBOUND QUEUE and contact admin QUEUE ? or We can use the same existing queues??

Thanks
Hema

From an internal doc (Dont ask me much about it!!)

Yes, you can use multiple Inbound Servers.
Its not essential to use the same Inbound Queue, but the TranId Queue must be the same. In practice the same Inbound.ini file is used and the two Inbound Servers operate in parallel.

Yes, in addition, the Load Balancing option can be used to enhance the performance - see the manual for details.

Multiple Inbound Servers require multiple application servers for the operation to be beneficial. You can check the number using the SAP transaction SM51.
