I'm trying to figure out how Webclient knows to choose interface language.
Sometimes I see english and sometimes locale language.
I thought it's taken from locale, but when I switch it there is no change.
Can someone to shed a light on this ?

The issue is solved.
Webclient interface language is taken from browser language options.
Data language is taken from computer's locale.
