I didn't even know there was one in Innsbruck.
Is there a separate European MQ conference each year?

Yes there is a seperate European conference it has been around for at least 3 years now...

I assume you mean by seperate... seperate from the US, as the MQ conference is usually combined with the annual CICS conference so it is not entirely seperate... ah let's call it the WebSphere Conference... then it IS seperate again... sorry could not resist at this late hour...

There's been a "Transaction and Messaging Congress" to give it the strange name IBM used in Europe for several years, essentially an MQ and CICS conference.

However IBM decided to combine everything in the IBM Software Symposium for 2001 & 2 which was decidely light on MQ topics, so I am glad to see the return of a more "specialised" event in Europe.
