Does any body knows that whether IBM has inclluded support for Microsoft.net for MQSeries.

Yes, Version 5.3 CSD05 has official support.

Download and install the CSD05, and then read the memo.ptf file that is installed on your machine. In there it will tell you that .NET is supported.
I don't know of any other place that IBM says .NET is supported. The manual for Using MQ with .NET also says use CSD05, but of course, that manual is only available if you install CSD05!
