Can you please give me some pointers on how/where to submit the PMR to IBM and how long will it take to get it resolved.

For my current requirements, I have to use CSD 3, without that the workflow buildtime throws FmcAssertionException when i try to do one-to-one mapping of container fields

You can't open a PMR without an IBM customer number and a service contract with your company.

There is an APAR reported to IBM on this problem. The APAR is IY50671.

Hi Guys,
I also started getting this problem after applying the Fix pack 3.
I opened an PMR and IBM told that it is bug!!! they are going to release to Hotfix soon.
We don't know when it is going to come. so we are going back to previous build, so that how work will not stop.

Thanks,

Does anyone know for sure if after applying the hotfix whether or not the existing instances will be taken care of by themselves or is this hotfix only going to take care of new instances? Thanks.

It is my understanding that the fix is still being tested and has not been released as of 12/1... contact your IBM rep and request the fix.

I believe John is correct. Essentially, what we did was contact IBM directly on this problem and they shipped out a hot fix to us right away.

Also, by the way, this will also fix the existing process instances in terms of thier notifications(as long as they haven't expired by then that is). So in other words, this hotfix will not only fix the new instances, but also the existing ones. Anyway, I am happy now that the problem has been fixed, although a little unhappy as to why it occurred in the first place....if you know what I mean!

Hi all,

Notification is working now . Contacted IBM, got hotfix and installed on the server. Notification inside the block activity works well.

Thanks for the help.

Yes, IY50671 which is currently in SP4, corrects this. BUT, Expired Items are still in a STALE state, so they are NOT notified. Currently experiencing this problem too. Trying to find a way to 'un-expire' these items.

Hi
I had the same problem as others had, when I installed sp3. On my machine, I upgraded from sp2 to sp4 directly and it is working fine.
