Hi All,
Thanks in advance.
I have cluster sender channel going down after sometime, how to make cluster sender channel always up and running without going down, can I apply triggering for cluster transmission queue like normal transmission queue? or any other method to make always up and running?
Thanks. |

DISCINT can be set to zero so once it starts it won't disconnect voluntarily.
However this wastes memory in the QM.
It should start automatically if correctly set up. _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error. |

Hi Zpat,
Thank you for your reply, but it is not starting automatically when queue manager is started, I have to start manually cluster sender channel, is there any way could you help me, for normal sender channels I apply channel triggering, will that work for cluster sender channels? please help me. |

You don't have to manually start the channel, it will be automatically started by the queue manager when messages arrive for it to deliver.
In essence cluster channels have in-built triggering without you having to set up any triggering configuration like you would for non-cluster channels.
There is no need to start the channel until some messages are there for it to move.
Cheers,
