Hi,
I need to do unattended configuration on Solaris.
And i have a very basic question
Can i use the configuration data file created on Windows for unattended configuration on Unix??
Or is it better to go with a manual configuration?
Thanks,
Devin |

I have no experience in solaris enviroment. This is what I would do:
Do a manual configuration in solaris and save the Configuration file. Check the configuration files for windows and Solaris. If the format is the same, I believe you should be able to use it, by substituting appropriate values. _________________ -Ratan |

Hi,
I never tried unattended installation. can anybody help me , how to do it?
I believe 'fmczkcfg.dat' needs to be used for it. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks,

Check this
Appendix F. Unattended installation and configuration in the Workflow Installation guide
After you configure workflow The file fmczkcfg.dat is created wich contains info about your configuration.
This can be used as input file to run the unattended configuration
The file is located under cfgs directory |
