What are the steps to be taken care of when we copy the msg set using mqsicopymsgset.

- I beileve we need to restart the configmgr.

- is there any thing else.

Can anyone help, pl.

You don´t need to restart de Config Mgr.

To copy a msgset you only need execute mqsicopymsgset !!!

The map will be copy from Config Mgr, so if you alter your map, before use the mqsicopymsgset you need save to share

copy message set .

stop CONF.MGR

start CONF.MGR

add the message set to the workspace.


That is all there to it.
