Is there a way to clear the list of "Queue Manager Name" that appears in the drop down menu in RfhUtil (Client).
I am not using CCDT file, and manually typed in the "Queue Manager Name" in the text box.
Over a period of time, the list grew and now most of the data had become stale and there is no way for me to clear it.
Version of RfhUtil(Client) - 9.1.6.233 |

I think the previous comments have missed the point of the question, at least as I understand it
The list of recently-used qmgrs and channels used in the rfhutil dropdown is stored in the windows registry under
Code: |
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\IBM\RFHUtil\RFHUtil\RFHUtilLastUsed |
and
so you could use any way like a powershell script to delete those trees from the registry. The list doesn't grow indefinitely - I think it's got a maximum of 30 entries, losing the least-recently used if necessary.
There's nothing in rfhutil itself that clears that list though as it's on github, you could always contribute a PR to add the option. |
