Can some one please explain me Aggregator nodes (control,requester and reply) nodes. Thanks.

Have you looked at the Help for WMQI? It contains a complete description of every pre-supplied node, including the Aggregator nodes.

Have you seen the Redbook, "Developing Solutions with WebSphere MQ Integrator" (or close)?
