using ssl connections you have to set up a key repository. while creating a new key database file (key.kdb) with gsk6cmd there's also created a file called key.crl. does anybody know how to use this certificate revocation list or is using ldap mandatory?
A certificate revocation list (CRL) is a set of certificates that have been revoked, either by the issuing Certificate Authority or by the local organization for various reasons.
CRLs are typically hosted on LDAP servers. MQ SSL support implements CRL checking using LDAP Servers.
For setting up LDAP servers and for accessing CRL's please refer to
Chapter 16 Working with Certificate Revocation Lists in Security guide.
