Sorry for the late reply. Thats right, gsk7cmd is a GSK kit installed separately from MQ and is just a set of APIs for executing ssl certificate related commands.
By the way the error did not got cleared and what I did was created the key repository(which alone seems to work with the gsk7cmd) on the server, moved it to another server where the gsk7cmd works fine , then did the certificate related works(like create cert request, add root/int CA certs etc.,) and then moved the key repository files back to the original server. |

Yeah, GSKIT is bundled with MQ, but its a separate product, developed by a separate team, and is unware of MQ error logs etc. It can be used to admininster all manner of JKS and CMS format keystores.
