Not sure where this would be posted, and I couldn't find a reference to it anywhere.

I'm curious if anybody has a recommendation for a pre-built application opensource or paid, that will establish a client connection to a queue manager - with TLS/User authentication as an option, and pull messages off of or put messages onto queues.

What it does with them can be really anything... write them to a file would be fine.

Think like an FTP/SFTP server replacement kind of a thing. Just something fairly easy to set up and configure I can point my clients to so they don't have to engage their development teams to write something, but can just slap it in as an FTP client replacement.

I can't really find much of anything online, most seem to presume you'll write something yourself on an as-needed basis.

I can do no better than recommend MQGem or Capitalware for such a use case.

The vendors will be along in a minute to support me

You should have a look at Universal File Mover. It is an open source project for moving files using IBM MQ, FTP, HTTP, SCP and SFTP.
