Process multipart requests in IIB

Hi,
I have a requirement where I will pick up a zip file from server and drop into a flow queue to process the request where I need set this zip/xml file as a form data to invoke the service.

My target endpoint accept as below
https://IP:port/xxxx/xxxx
header params :
Authorization
Accept
and Body (Form-Data)
type:xxxx
file: xx.gz/xx.xml (zip/xml file)

Could you please suggest me the way i need to code to set all these params and invoke the service successfully.
