AMQ7280: WebSphere MQ queue manager 'IIBDVAA02' appears unresponsive.
EXPLANATION:
The queue manager is monitoring itself for responsiveness. It is not responding
sufficiently quickly and will automatically stop if it continues to be
unresponsive.
ACTION:
None.

identifier and to save any generated output files. Use either the MQ Support
site: http://www.ibm.com/software/integration/wmq/support/, or IBM Support
Assistant (ISA): http://www.ibm.com/software/support/isa/, to see whether a
solution is already available. If you are unable to find a match, contact your
IBM support center. Do not discard these files until the problem has been
resolved.

Nothing in what you've posted offers any clue apart from something was causing a queue manager process to hang, and there's nothing in what you've posted that will enable us to make any determination as to why.
As a bare minimum, what was the probe id in the matching FDC file? If there's no FDC file it's an IBM PMR and even if there is, I postit that you need a PMR. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

If you Google the probe id the first 2 hits are a DeveloperWorks article on what causes it and the second explains the circumstances in which you get that probe id in connection with that error message.
