Hi,
I have a query regarding the tracking of problematic message flow causing the high memory utilization.
As we know, it could be due to the JVM heap increase or an issue with the parser.
Regarding the parser issue, we will be able to spot the problematic message flow from the mqsireportproperties HEALTHCHECK -e Engine1 -o ComIbmParserManager -r
The thread name field will be pointing to the message flow name.
From the top command we see the memory details of the process id, which is associated with the Execution Group/DataflowEngine.
So whenever a memory issue is identified, we can just see this on the Execution group level, whereas is there a way to identify the problematic application, message flows.
My understanding is the application/message flows will just be a thread under the Execution group process.
Kindly guide me on how to spot the application or message flow consuming more memory.
Cheers,
Karthik |

Configure the broker to produce resource statistics.
Interogate these resource statistics.
For more information, search for "resource statistics" in the IIB documentation. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
