Environment is Windows 10. I log in with a userid with local admin rights. I have IIB 9 installed on the PC. I have stopped IIB 9.
When I right-click on 10.0.0.7-IIB-WIN64-DEVELOPER.exe and Run as administrator I get an error message panel:
0x80070005 Access is denied.
The log file has the following entries:

Have you tried running the install in compatibility mode?

Yes. I get the same result when running in compatibility mode for Windows 8. I've posted the entire log file here in case that's more helpful:

| I needed to first disable McAfee virus checker. The error msgs in the log did not seem to point in this direction. Installation worked fine thereafter. |
