please let me know how to implement Message level authentication in IIB.
Does basic authentication means, creating roles and user ids in IIB Admin console .

As described in the Knowledge Center.

No, and asking the question indicates a lack of knowledge about the topic you'd do well to remediate before trying to apply it to IIB. Or the Knowledge Center won't make much sense to you.

Think you are mixing up different things. Basic authentiation has nothing to do with message level authentication. Check your requirements and check the documentation. |

No it's completely different. Roles in IIB Admin console is only for
Deploy the bar,
Delete flow from exec group
Stop/Start flows
Basic Auth can be provided from IIB by LDAP configuration details. |
