Ah OK, I think that explains it. You are using a VERY old version of MO71 (7.5) MO71 is now version 9.0.5.
As the message says you need a newer version of MO71. Each time your Queue Manager version increases you need a newer version of MO71 since IBM MQ introduces new objects and object attributes which MO71 has to support. So, you need at least MO71 version 8.0. This is also the version, I believe, that introduces the Security Tab to account for the new MQ V8.0 security settings.
So, the good news is that by moving to the latest version of MO71 your problems will be solved. The bad news of course is that the latest version is not free, in fact you were already using the latest free version. However, the cost of MO71 is very reasonable, about $2 a week so it would hardly break the bank.
